Sorry if already posted, but in Ultimate Combat the Knife Wielder Archetype should lose both Trapfinding and Trap Sense. Trap Sense is greyed out, but Trapfinding is still showing as active.

I don't know if this is a bug or a misunderstanding of the rules on my part. If I take a feat that allows my unarmed strike to be piercing (snake style for example), shouldn't I be allowed to use Impaling Strike with it so long as I meet all the other requirements? Or is this something that shouldn't be allowed with unarmed strikes?

When I select the rage ability Scent, Hero Lab gives me a validation error saying that the ability would be redundant. The barbarian is an elf with the beast totem and the rage turned on. If I unselect the the scent ability, I don't have it at all. Looks like HL is duplicating the ability.

Is there a way to manually adjust my wife's character's Favored Terrain? I keep getting a stupid validation error because it wants another favored terrain, and I can't find a way of adding it...

EDIT: Ok, it's only on my laptop. I went and put HeroLab on my PC downstairs and transferred the file to that computer and opened it and it was fine. That computer has a much higher resolution. My laptop has a 1366 x 768 display.

Another issue with the current level-up is that the Ranger/Wizard is just now getting his animal companion, and now his wizard familiar is giving me errors saying a cat is not allowed for Rangers... um.... but it still says "Arcane Familiar".

Book: APG
Feat: Steel Soul (thingid.fSteelSoul)

Problem: This feat is suppose to give a +2 (total of +4) to the Dwarf Hardy ability but instead it is giving a +2 bonus to Stonecunning.

The code is:
Code:
#value[raStonecun] += 2

should be:
Code:
#value[raDwSaves] += 2

Druid Animal Companion is not leveling up as the druid does... it should gain levels as a familiar, but when i put in a level 5 druid today it said the companion was still a one HD creature. I was using the Snake, Viper from the serpent Nature Bond when I noticed this.

Amuture Gunslinger is not functioning correctly when you take a class that has the Grit Feature and you all ready have Amuture gunslinger you are supposed to gain 2 extrra grit and this is not happening.

There looks to be a defect with the calculation of Arcana points for the Magus Class (w/ Bladebound archetype). The character I have loaded is level 6 with a 16 Intelligence, but currently is only allocated 4 Aracane Points. They should have 5 ((1/3 * Lvl) + ((16-10)/2))

Unless I'm doing something incorrect, when the Wounds/Vigor system is active and you're creating a Monk, Hero Labs seems to ignore adding the Wisdom bonus to Defense (probably because background scripts add it to AC and you don't get that).

Wait, only the +5 Greater Reliable Lucky musket is getting STR bonus to dmg.

Scratch that. It's the Double-Barreled Musket that is getting the STR bonus to dmg, magical or not.

Quick heads up if a skill is a class skill and Specialized Skill the +1 Competence bonus is not being added.

If other competence bonuses are being added to Class skills, they won't stack (as this is a bonus which properly does not stack).

Actually, everything is working as intended. You don't gain 2 extra Grit, you can trade out the Amateur Gunslinger feat for the Extra Grit feat.

Cantrips from User Data Files

On a Wizard/Fighter/Eldritch Knight character, on the Spells tab, I have all my prepared spells in green, and then I have every other 0-level spell I've added to his spellbook from two custom data files.

How do I get rid of the 0-level spells that aren't actually prepared?

If I knew how to get a screen cap, I'd do so.

I'm sorry, but get rid of from where? Could you expand on what you're reporting, please?

Expanded Arcana does not work as described. It does not increase spells allowable for Summoner.

There are extra instructions on how to make use of this feat in Hero Lab - move your mouse over the ? icon on the feat to read them
