Spell adjustment error

I noticed that the Greater False Life spell when added as a spell adjustment does not add the bonus HP to the character's HP.
 
Not really sure which is newest.

Doesn't matter, since the Adopted trait is still broken.

Look in the front of the Paizo document on the contributer page. Usually it states "First Printing July 2010" or "Second Printing August 2011" for example.
This will give you the newest source information, just compare the dates month/year.

So for your particular problem if the APG was printed before the Gnomes of Golarion book then the the Gnomes book would be the newest source and the most current version!
 
Blowgun apply Str Penalty to damage

Appears the Blowgun is applying Strength penalty to damage but only slings and bows should use a Str penalty to damage.
 
For some reason Bracers of Armor and magical armor are stacking when they should not. A player in my campaign has BoA +6 and a +3 Mithril chain Shirt and he stated his AC was 31 = 10 + 13 Armor (+7 MCS + BoA +6) + 5 DEX + 2 Natural Armor (Amulet of NA +2) + 1 Size (Halfling) when it should be 25 AC.
 
Cavalier class has no viable mounts- there are no animal companions on the 'valid' list.
Make sure you don't have "Don't Restrict Companion Race" selected among the optional rules in the "Configure Your Hero" window. You can do Ctrl-K to open the window to see.
 
Friend is having same error

Books: CORE, APG
Thing: Urban Ranger Archetype (thingid.arRgrUrban).

Error:
Tag 'ClassSkill.skHandAnim' not defined
Location: 'eval' script for Component 'BaseVary' (Eval Script 'Most Archetype Changes') near line 81

Also it appears that Urban Ranger is no longer sourced to the APG.

Steps:
1) New character pick class Ranger.
2) Add Archetype "Urban Ranger" and you get the above error message.

Note: I did test in a data set with no .user files loaded.

I have a buddy who is getting the same error, and I am not. How do you fix this?
 
Scholar of Ruins trait does not allow you to select the skill you want as a class skill.

Two-World Magic trait has a redundant second selection option.

You have to first add either Knowledge (Geography) or Knowledge(Dungeon) to your list of skills. Then it will display in Trait to select.

The first selects the spell. The 2nd one is the class that will get the spell selector.

Part of your issue could be you jumped right into the traits without first doing Classes, Background, Abilities, Skills... While you can do that everything is a little smother working if you do each tab in order.

As far as I can tell you don't as its an issue in the skeletal files. This same error happened on 3 different player machines which is why I reported it as a bug.

So if you are not getting this error then I think I need to be asking you how you fixed it. :)
 
Lamia Matriarch Sorcerer prevented from choosing Cleric spells

Under lamia matriarch in Bestiary 2 it says, "A lamia matriarch casts spells as a 6th-level sorcerer, and can cast spells from the cleric list as well as those normally available to a sorcerer. Cleric spells are considered arcane spells for a lamia matriarch".

But the program does not make cleric spells available for selection, unless you add cleric levels.

My character with Oracle and Sorcerer levels has the Create Favorite Metamagic Spells panel on the Oracle tab but not the Sorc tab. Is this just added to the first (alphabetically) caster tab? Should be on all, I'd think.

I love your system, we just bought it and all the pathfinder books associated.

I just found an error though under the tongues curse for oracle's in Pathfinder.

The problem is with the drop-down menu, it supplies no languages for you to select that your character speaks in battle.
 
racial ability save dc

I noticed that the save DCs for many (if not almost all) racial abilities are wrong. The formula shoud be (10+1/2 RACIAL hd + relevant mod, e.g. cha), but instead hero lab calculate them as (10+ 1/2 TOTAL hd + relevant mod).
So, if we add class level to a monster (e.g. a nymph) the dc keeps growing, but I don't think that this is correct by RAW... (and published stats block seems to agree with me)
