Hi.

I'm new to Hero Lab, so please bear with me.

I'm using the D&D 5e SRD v1.8. I also loaded v1.6 of the D&D 5e Community Pack. When I create a new Hero, I'm presented with a long list of books/sources from which I can select. I'm interested in the Gunslinger from DMsGuild.com, so I ticked that box.

Unfortunately, no matter what box(es) I tick, the Gunslinger does not appear as an available class. Blood Hunter does, however, even though I did not select it. It just seems like no matter what I select/import/whatever, the same limited set of classes are available. I've attached a screenshot so that you can see what I mean.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I'm using the Mac client in case that matters.

Thanks in advance!

Thank you for your quick response! Thank you for pointing that out about the Gunslinger, certainly helps. I did find the Gunslinger stuff, I forgot the character needs to be of sufficient level. :P

Along the lines of my original post, I was under the impression that we'd have many Backgrounds available to us now as well, but I only see "Acolyte".

It just seems like something is wrong with my import...

You have not turned on the Players Handbook Sources yet....

The other issue is you did this for "new" characters but you didn't do it for old charters. Open up the .por file and press "CTRL-K" and turn on at least PHB source.
