Is there an equivalent tag to Hide.Activation that only hides one of the checkboxes? (For example, hides the first and shows the 2nd, or shows the 1st and hides the 2nd).

There isn't - I'd control with a script whether the checkbox is set up or not.

You could "disable" the checkbox so that it shows but is grayed out. The barbarian rage ability does that when you click on the "Fatigued" check box. It gray's out the "Raging" check box.
