How-To: Shadow Blade

How would I create the feat Shadow Blade in HL?

Basically I want it to work only in the circumstances that Weapon Finesse would work, and it adds dex bonus to damage.

Also has Weapon Finesse as a pre req.

Can you proved more info of what "Shadow Blade" is and does? My guess here is that this is the old 3.5 feat from Book of 9 Swords. But its only a guess.

Look at the feat "Aldori Dueling Mastery", Dervish Dance, or Piranha Strike to see how to script the requirement.

A quick search for "Dex to Damage" in the forums found THIS thread.
