Hello,
I have been using Hero Lab for about 2.5 years now and I have a character that is a dwarf barbarian werewolf. Whenever I updated hero lab I had to fix the werewolf part of character as to have it be seen again by hero lab. The last update it would not repair so I (as now I know better) uninstalled Hero Lab and of course it had no effect. I went into the registry and removed everything I could find that had to do with Lonewolf and Hero Lab. I reinstall Hero Lab and all the same errors would come back. I removed the error codes manually but the problems still persist. Is there anyway to fully remove Hero Lab from the system as so I can start over? My system is Windows 8 Thank you for any help you can supply Todd |

When you get errors from your user files you need to fix the error because HL goes into safe mode. Uninstalling HL has no effect on your .user files.
When you get an error you can right click and copy the error. Feel free to past it here and see if we can help. That is one of the problems though. I removed parts of Hero Lab from registry and also deleted errors from coming up.

If you reinstall hero lab, all registry settings should be set back up... then don't touch the registry again. You problem is somewhere within Hero Lab and/or its game-system files, and the error message you are given will point to where that is.

Does your Hero Lab license include these sourcebooks? Were you using Community Content? If you were using custom .user files, you probably deleted them when you uninstalled/reinstalled/updated Hero Lab. You would need to put them back in your /data/pathfinder folder.
