Pathfinder Bug reports

Predefined deities would be a good thing. But if you did that, I'd either include an option for 'Other' that opened an editor window of some sort, or add deities to the editor in that release. That way people using a homebrew setting with their own gods aren't stuck.

You also have to remember that PAthfnder gods aren't part of their open license..

Has the monk Flurry of Blows issue been corrected? I can't seem to find any recent info on this bug. (And I can't add it to one of my players characters I'm trying to build in HL)

Thanks for the hard work! The more familiar I get with this product the more I am loving it!

Look at the display of the special that shows up on the special tab/printouts - it should be showing the correct attacks. Once you hit 4th level, it should also show up on the in-play tab in the activations - activating it there represents spending a ki point to gain an extra attack, and the bonus attack is included in the display.

I will eventually add it to the weapons tab (increasing the height of each weapon's display cell for monks to add a flurry line under the attack bonus line, and put it on the basics summary panel near the regular attack bonus.

Unlike the SRD files, there won't be a separate flurry thing in the weapon list.

Ahhh... I was inputing a 3rd level monk so I hadn't yet triggered the Ki initiated stuff so didn't see it in the "In Play" tab.

And I had failed to notice the "+1/+1" notation after the Heading "Flurry of Blows" on the specials tab.

Thanks for the hard work you guys are doing!

You think there will be any chance of getting a feature to print out "In Play" tab? Or how about All known cleric spells? (Right now it just prints out the ones memorized)

Thanks again!

What else do you need on the in-play tab? Everything that's in the activation list has to also appear on the special tab/printout (well...there's a tag you could set to keep it from printing, but I don't think anything uses it) - at that point it's up to the user to remember whether it's active or not. If anything from the trackers section is missing from page 2 of the character sheet, please tell me - that's something to fix.

What would the list of cleric spells available do that pgs 226-229 of the book don't give you?

Calculated CR

I apologize if this is already referenced somewhere, but the program is calculating CR incorrectly.

CR based on class levels only is supposed to be class level -1 CR, -2 if they are NPC class levels.

thanks!

The flying ability racial ability needs to increase your fly skill now. Something like this:

<eval phase="PreLevel" index="2"><![CDATA[ if (tagis[Maneuver.Perfect] <> 0) then
#skillbonus[skFly] += 8
elseif (tagis[Maneuver.Good] <> 0) then
#skillbonus[skFly] += 4
elseif (tagis[Maneuver.Poor] <> 0) then
#skillbonus[skFly] -= 4
elseif (tagis[Maneuver.Clumsy] <> 0) then
#skillbonus[skFly] -= 8
endif]]></eval>

One Question: How do I add a racial modifier to the DC for abilities like poison?

All the races with fly as a racial ability currently calculate that maneuver modifier themselves, but I'll look into making it universal.

So, you have a poison ability, with some DC set by the ability - and you want something else, like the race, to modify the DC it's getting?

#dc[raPoiCON] += 1

in a script on the race. All the standard poison specials I added have their display script at Final/20000, so anytime before that will work.

Thanks for that.

Now, from the Paizo forums, when I asked about the Quasit being wrong:

In 3.5, you could only have one primary attack. In Pathfinder, the TYPE of attack determines if it's a primary or secondary attack; see page 302 of the Bestiary.

- so I guess that's something that needs to change.

Cheers

Richard

There's too much of a chance for exceptions (see horse) - they still need to be set as primary in the race definition.

I've corrected the CRs for the next update.

Apologies if this has already been mentioned but the Barbarian Rage power seems to have an error in it. When i make a first level Barb with 18 con I get only 4 rds per day yet the rule says it should be 4 rounds plus con modifier so a total of 8 rounds in my case? Again I aologize if this has been mentioned b4.

I made a ranger and came across the following problems:

Double Slice (Feat) does not update off-hand damage.
When editing my Snake Animal Companion an error tells me that humanoid companion is not available for rangers, just druids.
The feats available to the animal companion do not reflect the list of animal feats listed in the rulebook.

I had more but I forgot, I'll post again.

To be fixed.

Could you quote the exact error or tell me what steps you performed to reach this? I can't duplicate this.

To be fixed, but maybe not for a while.

I thought I fixed this months ago, but the error's still there. I'll get it fixed.

Click to edit Animal Companion, the validation error appears.
"Human: This companion type is not allowed for Rangers. Allowed for: Druids"
The error leaves when switched back to main character.

It's purely cosmetic but I like to sort validation problems out as they appear, so I thought I'd mention this.

Okay - you didn't say that the error was on the master's validation report, not the minion's validation report. Odd that it happens, I'll see about fixing it.

I can't open any of my characters created with Traits this message happens when I try to add the Fencer Trait. I get this error Message
