Not sure if this has been mentioned, but "firearms" is missing from the list of things available for "Exotic Weapon Proficiency". Individual weapons are displayed, which is fine for "Weapon Focus" and such, but "firearms" is supposed to be the blanket feat for proficiency.

Thanks
Chris

Exotic Weapon Proficiency: Firearms is a separate feat from the normal Exotic Weapon Proficiency, and it is also that case in Hero Labs.

Look for Exotic Weapon Proficiency: Firearms, it is there.

I still don't see it.

I have Ultimate Combat checked (I've had missing items before because I didn't have the book checked).

I looked manually. I tried searching for either "exotic" or "firearms".

It goes from "Exhausting Critical" to "Exotic Weapon Proficiency" to "Expanded Arcana"... What am I missing here?

There are new settings for firearm availability available on the configure hero form. Selecting "No Guns", "Commonplace Guns" or "Guns Everywhere" on that will remove the EWP (firearms) option (either because there are no weapons for it to apply to, or because the firearms have all been moved down to Martial or Simple).

A new setting in the "Equipment, Weapons & Armor" section of "Optional Rules" - Hide Firearms & Related will also hide that feat.

Ah, there we go...

I had "guns everywhere" checked because I figured it would give the most variety of guns... Now it's "emerging guns" and the feat shows up.

Thanks
Chris

Each of those options has specific rules associated with it, like price changes and changes to the feat required - you can right-click on them to read those rules.

The magus doesn't have the feats light armor proficiency, all simple weapons, or all martial weapons.

Never mind. It wasn't there when I made the magus the first time, but when I went in and made another one, it worked. wierd

Zombies (Aquired Template)
I just started making a Zombie in HL and I think there is something wrong?

Since its an aquired template and does get to keep a few things from its previous "life" I started it off with one class level, Barbarian. Then added Zombie Template. All class HD are supposed to be dropped. But it keeps all of them. It does figure out the CR correctly, but the Hit points are too many.

Wizard Elemental Archetypes

Forgive me if I'm missing something--

I have the APG subscription and more.

I have a level 3 Earth Elemental Archetype wizard and I'm trying to add his school specialization spells (from the APG) and even though they are correct in his spellbook, I am unable to properly add them.

Is this a known (and/or repeatable error) and if so, is there a fix?

Thanks.

Sensei archetype is keeping Flurry of Blows and Fast Movement, but it should be removing those per UC:

Advice: This ability replaces flurry of blows, fast movement, and improved evasion.

Spell DC's increasing when metamagic applied

I applied a metamagic feat to a spell and the DC increased. In this case it was applying empower to burning hands making it go from a DC 18 to a DC 20. From my understanding of the rules the DC should still be 18. Is there something i'm doing wrong or is this a bug?

Cosmetic: Missing description for Waterskin

Waterskin

A water or wineskin holds 1/2 gallon of liquid and weighs 4 lb when full.

Empty Weight: - Capacity: 1/2 gallon/4 lb. ^1

^1 When made for Medium characters. Weighs one-quarter the normal amount when made for Small characters. Weighs twice the normal amount when made for Large characters. Containers carry one-quarter the normal amount when made for Small characters.

Fugitive's Grenade (from Pathfinder 50) has a weight of 750lbs and a cost of 0. It should have a cost of 750gp and a weight of 0!

Still continue to have the "unwitting ally" spell bug. I have remade the character and the bug persists. Given the amount of data now contained within the character's journal (PFS character) I'd rather not like to remake it again and again.

Unfortunately, the fix only prevents new characters from getting this bug, and can't help old characters. I know how to edit the raw data of the portfolio to remove the bug. Go ahead and email me the portfolio - my email address is my user name here, @wolflair.com.

I cannot add a ninja trick as a rogues talent as per Ultimate Combat

I'm afraid I can't duplicate this error.

The first thing to check is to make sure that Ultimate Combat is enabled for this character - go to the Character menu at the top of Hero Lab, and choose "Configure Hero". Then, in the settings, make sure that Ultimate Combat is enabled.

Forsaken Lich Template is still giving a CON score. As well as basing the Fort Save off of Con instead of Charisma.

I have had problems with tracked resources since the last update. If I choose multiple potions there is no problem. They show up with the amount. But when I choose things that I have put in (and which worked properly) the amount shows as 0/0.

For example: I choose Nararoot or Alchemical Healing Salve from Special Substances and choose 5 it will show up on the Gear tab as Nararoot x5 or Alchemical Healing Salve x5 but on the In Play tab it is Nararoot 0/0 and Alchemical Healing Salve 0/0.

It is happening on a lot of things mostly things I have put in via the editor but also with some of the regular stuff.
