You local data is still safe. That's the important thing. Keep a backup of that data.

I'm not surprised that you're a Beta user. The problems like this that we encounter are usually in the databases of Beta users and often tied to a special case situation we didn't foresee when automatically converting your data through all the various evolutionary stages we've gone through. We'll get things sorted out once we have your database to look at.
I've already submitted my master realm to DavidP and Liz more than once over the past months.
It transpires that because I have the backup working realm on two computers and at some point during its creation and evolution process the two files became unsynced, this then prevents the cloud sync as there are two unique identifiers vying for attention, if I recall correctly.
I can send it along again if thats a necessary step but the data hasn't changed since version 1.09. Unless you count a full delete on the Cloud server.
