Hero Lab Online and Starfinder Q&A

Ah, the problem is you've been caught in the developer->marketing->customer time warp. Keep trying to find a solution that doesn't involve burning out developers, you could sell that to a lot of software companies.

What they need is a Panache pool to draw upon for various time consuming dice rolls.

ok, questions....

*Is there a way to access a character offline?

*Can you use the character during the game offline?

*Is there a way to use the service with limited internet? Can one download the client and use it in an offline mode?

*If I lose internet, will the client erase my character when it times out?

*Is Starfinder core set complete and will it include Alien Archive?

There's no offline access currently.
It works on a mobile connection.
There is no client. It's a Web site.
Right now it's just character creation so no alien archive yet.

any easy way to print the character sheets at the moment
otherwise i am really liking it so far other then no way to look at when offline,

though about alien archive, there are alien archive races in the creator

Some people are claiming to be in it, but it must either be random or a slow rollout because I signed up the morning after the announcement and haven't gotten in

Yes, the Open Beta officially started about 10 days ago. As we outlined when we first announced the signups (and remind everyone about on the signups page), we're going to progressively scale up the total number of participants over time, adding users in the order they signed up. If you signed up and haven't received your invitation yet, it's because we got a LOT of signups and your entry is still in the pending queue. Please be patient... :)

I am in and I signed up that very night when I saw the page go up. My brother signed up the next morning and he is still waiting. :(
