- Mageknight archetypes cannot stack with any other Mageknight archetype since they all modify at least 1 class feature of any other Mageknight gets as a class feature. The 2 bonus talents are not qualified to be replaced by any archetype. This was cited as how archetypes normally work: https://paizo.com/paizo/faq/v5748nruor1fn#v5748eaic9thg



I feel like pointing out that Kinetic Scourge and Dragoon stack, but I don't think any of the others do. Regardless, you're right in that the features replaced should be causing them to be noted as incompatible with other archetypes.

Found that for:

Time Sphere: Stored Time no longer exists.
War Sphere: Steadfast Totem was rolled into the Totem ability itself.
Ranged Time (Time) seems to stack with Ranged Totem (War). Every time I add it after adding the other, it says Ranged Time (2).
 
Ok, Archetype Talent Thief for rogues and feat Treat Injury. Are these still good? I had to add in the single books to get them back.

Talent Thief is still in the USoP dataset, I can add it with no problems and I removed all the single books. Just make sure you are an Unchained Rogue and are looking in that section of the list of archetypes.

Treat Injury is also available to me. Just add the Life Sphere and 1 rank of the Heal skill and it shows in my list..


Greater Blast cannot be loaded without Destroyer's handbook, too.

Greater Blast doesn't exist in USoP I looked through all the talents and it was apparently removed and there is no equivalent talent for it.
 
List of things that aren't working or seem odd to me.
- Light: Encompassing Light (sphere talent) does not work well with Mystic Might (mystic combat) for its +1 bonus, but works properly with Alteration: Size Change (sphere talent).

I was just playing around with the Mageknight when I noticed that Mystic Might does change the size bonuses, but not actually the size of the character (since it should, just as Alteration: Size Change, also change the equipment and thus the damage).

I'm not sure what happened since the last time you updated/installed, but at least one of the "DDS Common" files is missing (the one that defines all the tags for SoP/SoM/CotS). I would start by reinstalling the latest version of SoP (either Ultimate or legacy, I don't remember which you're on) or SoM.
 
Some companion archetypes (Alt Racial Trt) are not available for all companion types (races). I know at least Martial Companion is not shown as an option for ooze, orb, avian, or vermin companions.
 
So, I've been waiting for the USoP to become available in Hero Lab. However, at least over at DriveThruRPG, it sounds like there are a lot of issues with the release right now.

Is it best to wait? Is it usable right now? Or

There's bugs, but it's usable. I haven't had anything that caused my installation of HL to crash (though it has shown errors/warnings)

Armorist Bug: Living Weapon Archetype. Bound Weapon when choosing the custom Amulet of Mighty Fists after choosing Always Armed Arsenal trick, I get an error message that pops up pretty much every time a choice is made.

Armorist Bug: Vajrahasta Archetype.

1st level adds the weather sphere with localized weather drawback. and adds a bonus talent. In USoP this is supposed be added at 3rd level.

Also, when a talent is chosen the red error over the drawback does not go away.

Is there a way to code the Destruction Blast to equip as a ranged weapon so that the to hit modifier defaults to ranged? And if so, can the same be done to the Blaster Archetype (Armorist) Arm cannon have the same thing done?
