I've seen this before and it cleared after... rebooting, I think. I've restarted Hero Lab and not gotten past this error.

My Computer:
HeroLab V3.5 #203 License HPMNH15TRVBEE1X
Windows Vista Home Premium - Service Pack 2, 32-bit
1.73Ghz processor
2GB RAM
13.1GB Hard Disk Free

I see that this has come up on the forums in the past, but I don't see any resolution or follow-up to the threads. Is this a known issue? How can I resolve it?

Thanks!

Hero Lab behaves exactly like our Army Builder product with regards to this issue. Please see the following two threads for details on what's going on and how to resolve the problem.

My latest post in the second thread delves into some more subtle issues that could be at play given your description above. Please take a look at these threads and see if this gets you sorted out. If not, please let me know and I'll do my best to help out further.
