Traits:

If I create a Human Pathfinder Society Character I am able to select "Carefully Hidden" as a trait. However if I save a character (without choosing the trait) and attempt to edit the character later it will not show up as an option. (not even greyed out.)

Go to the "Adjust" tab and click on "Other Adjustments" then look for "Saving Throw or Saving Throw, All". These will give a generic "Bonus" or "Penalty" to saves.

If you need a specific Named type of bonus/penalty you can use my "Adjustments addon" to do that.

The "Saving Throw" and "Saving Throw, All" adjustments change the Ref/Fort/Will saves of the character on which the adjustment is added, not the save DC of his spells (spells that the adjusted character is casting).

I'll take a look at your Adjustments addon, as well as the Spell Focus feats. One of those might do what I need. Thanks

Oops guess I read that a little too fast. My bad! I mixed up DCs with saves.

In that case my addon will not help. Best bet is to look at Spell Focus feats.

when you create a crossblooded sorcerer arcane/serpentine, you are limited (via validation check) to viper familiar. this limitation should occur only if you select the corresponding serpentine power at level 3. Arcane bond from Arcane bloodline allows you to pick any familiar.

The Paladin Archetype Sacred Shield's ability Bastion of Good is not calculating correctly. The Paladin should gain a deflection bonus to her AC equal to the characters Charisma bonus against attacks made by the target of the smite. This bonus increases by +1 for every four paladin levels.

From what I can tell it's giving a flat +10 bonus

Seeker (Sorcerer) ‎archetype issues

The Seeker (Sorcerer) ‎archetype as not been implemented properly

Tinkering (Ex): doesn't give a bonus to Disable Device nor does it stack w/ the trapfinding ability of a rogue.

Seeker Lore (Ex): replaces itself and the 3rd level bloodline power

Seeker Magic (Su): replaces itself and the 15rd level bloodline power

Under the Conditions tab, when I click prone, the adjustments are applied to attack and damage, but nothing is done to movement. Movement should be reduced to 5 feet as a prone character can only crawl according to page 186 under Move Actions in the Pathfinder Core. This needs to be fixed.

The trait Latent Psion does nothing. It should have the effect added under special.

Skull & Shackles campaign traits are using & instead of & in the Trait Category, resulting in XML Errors when it is exported.

I'm not sure that the & -> & translation is the problem... I think the ampersand may be breaking my sheet because I specified UTF-8 character encoding but Hero Lab is forcing ISO-8859-1 character encoding.

I'm still testing though... not 100% sure yet.

Sorry if you all have already answered this but I didn't see it. When are you all planning to implement the changes to Society play that were changed on August 16th? I have made my character as I wish but have this wonderful red marking saying my character is illegal under society because I am using an Aasimar, which was added as a race in the recent update to the society rules.........

Checking the no age , weight, and height limits does not work for an Aasimar. You still get the age in yellow if you go lower.

Mathais could you check with the rules guys at Pazio and find out if you can add the eastern weapons and other new weapons like the dwarven longhammer and long ax to the approiate groups for weapons training?

Druid Animal Companion - Shared Spells

Hey Guys,

The listing of the text description for Druid Animal Companion - Shared Spells (under Special Abilities for the Druid Class) is incorrect. This doesn't actually affect the mechanics in Herolab itself, and the text may just be a layover from the old 3.5 rules.

If that could be corrected, to bring it up to speed with the Pathfinder rules that would be great.

The problem was that I was putting my JavaScript code through an online service to minify it so that the file size would be smaller. In it's own attempt to deal with ampersands, that online service corrupted the JavaScript code that I had written to deal with ampersands.

Web technologies are great, but so fragile in certain ways...

Does that also mean that your sheet is not available if the PC being used for Hero Lab is not online when trying to use your sheet?

Not at all... I was using that service as part of the *development* of the sheet, not at run-time. The sheet can be used without any internet connection at all.

I thought so, but just wanted to be sure, since some of the locations I hope to use Hero Lab at don't offer publicly available wifi.

Now, just to hope the iOS development goes fast & easy, so they can get to the Android version soon.
