I am creating a Witch and for the familiar I chose a Donkey Rat. It is a level 1 character so the BAB should be 0 for the Donkey Rat, but the program is giving it a +1. What can I do to fix this?

Nothing the program is correct. What you are looking at is the "Attack Modifier" not the BAB. Sense the familiar is size small it gets a +1 to hit. So +0 BAB +1 Size gives a +1 Attack Modifier.

Ummm maybe. It use to always only say "Attack Modifier" and it caused the above confusion. I am not near HL so but I don't remember it changing but I could be wrong also.

How about this can you post a picture of what you are looking at? So with a picture we can both be on the same page as I was sort of guessing at the value you where looking at.

I'll investigate this and see if I can reproduce it.

Is this Donkey Rat a Familiar? What level and class is its master?

Nevermind, read your earlier post. I think I am onto the problem. It lies in the fact that Familiars become Magical Beasts I think.

Also it might be that you are using Vigor points. When i create the same creature i get different information. for instance my AC is 14 not the 13 yours is. And i don't have a BAB, its 0.
