Link works. It goes straight to BJs private Facebook account. The intention of her post however was to gather question for the public facing FAQ not necessarily to provide answers. My recommendation would be just to wait for her to release it as it will be alot clearer and easier to read.

Hmm, Im not sure what the issue is Shadow, unless she blocked you in the past for some reason. Not only can I see it, I posted a rather lengthy post there. While most of the information there doesn't make me happy (I am also not a fan of online) some of it at least gives me hope that the current version isn't going to be abandoned, as was my initial fear.

The link works but if you don't have a Facebook account it won't let you access my page for security reasons. We don't have to be friends but you do have to have a Facebook account.

Then maybe have Hero Labs relevant Q&A and updates posted HERE instead of forcing people to create facebook accounts to access it?
