Is the a way to attach material pre-requisites to item powers?

Is there a way to limit the item powers available to custom magic/masterwork weapons and or armor, such that they are only available if a specific material is chosen (i.e. dragon hide)?

Have looked through the available powers, and other than limiting them to either weapon, armor or shield, I don't see to much to work with for trying to build a script, and am at a total dead end on this one.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

So a quick search for dragonhide found THIS thread and the very bottom most post shows how to do what your asking. The search in this forum is pretty good actually. Just FYI.

Also just thinking out loud here but if this happens to be for the SGG's Bullet Points 5 Abilities for Dragonhide Armor I am very soon to release a version on the community. Just guessing that maybe what your question was about.

It is indeed for the SGG's Bullet Point, and will probably grab your version as well to compare. Easiest way to see if I'm learning anything yet, lol.
