How does one create custom magic items or alter already existing ones? I have players who like to create their own items or add no-slot to existing items. How do I do this in HL? Thanks!

How about it being written down? That is much easier for a lot of people rather than having a video.

The videos are an extension to the documentation that has been available for years. Look at the help menu while in HL. Also, once you get into the editor most of the documentation you want is available in the form of loading another thing that does a similar thing to what you want to do.
