Hi There,
I've been trying out Herolab on my girlfriend's iPad and have thus far been liking it. So much so, that I'm considering picking up a used iPad specifically for this purpose. I see on the apple store, that Herolab is listed as having the following compatibility: Quote:

Just an FYI the iPad Mini's have processors that are under clocked and have access to less RAM. HL App is a bit of a memory hog so the more memory the better. In other words it can run on the mini's but you will be much happier with the increased memory of the full sized iPads. Obviously the new iPad Pros run it the best with the 12 inch pro has the most CPU power and physical memory. That is most likely "over" kill if HL is the only app you plan to run on the device. I really only intend to run HL on this device...although perhaps syrinscape when I GM...
Thank you for the info about Memory and underclocked CPUs on the minis... I'll start looking out for a full size iPad on the used market in my area. |
