d20 Dataset Project....

All sounds good, now we just need folks to start working on materials from the books. maybe set up teams who can work together and create entire source books at a time.

Yep in total agreement with more work and stuff.

Though we are not really done yet. I would like to be able to put this project live this week, but we still have the final step. Cheifweasel will you have time this week to add the .xml file and the .hl file to your website. Would like to be able to do a quick test from your website before release to make sure their is no hiccups.

Also can we have the .hl file able to be downloaded similar to how you have the .user files already? This way if someone wants to control the download themselves they will have the option.

I will get them up today. We should try to use the same language for what they are and how to access them though. Do you have anything written up yet? If not i'll give it a shot.

Nope nothing done for that yet. That would should be pretty easy as it's just download and double click on the file to have HL start the import process.

Some type of document or information on your website would be very handy for those that don't know. Good idea.

Great when you get it done let me know the new URL if different from the document so I can give it a try. I just did my best guess for what you where going to call it on your site so if it is different no big deal.

My only preference after thinking about it is not to call it d20.xml as we can use the same .xml file for both Pathfinder and d20 (it would control TWO DIFFERENT import files but the info is all in one .xml). So would make more sense if it was not tied by name to a specific game is all.

Oh man that hurts and sucks. All I can say is backup backup backup. I have my system mirror it self to two additional drives each morning. If I lost the amount of work I have on my computers I think I might just kill myself.

Enhancements & Changes

1. Draconomicon - Feats: All feats added, changed Source tag, ready for use.(Lawful_G)
2. Book of Exalted Deeds - PrC: Slayer of Domiel added.(Lawful_G)
3. Complete Adventurer - PrC: Bloodhound added.(chiefweasel)

Bug Fixes

1. Fixed duplicate Psi Powers from Complete Psionics and Races of the wild.(by sendric)
2. Complete Adventure - feats: Updated Obscure Lore for new Lore ability, also changed pre-req.(Lawful_G)
3. Complete Arcane: Draconic feats were giving errors if their prereq (Draconic Legacy or Sorcerer Levels) was missing, changed to childfound to fix.(Lawful_G)
4. Found more missing Source marked Things(RoS - Feats; RoA - Feats; RotW - Feats; DoK - Feats; RoA - Races), these all updated to be marked to the correct book.(ShadowChemosh)

Data File Authoring

1. Made a single Lore ability for all future things to add to.(Lawful_G)
2. Added User Tag for breath weapon to each race.(Lawful_G)
3. Changed Pre-req of Strafing Breath/Flyby Breath to look for User Tag.(Lawful_G)
4. Added replacement Dragon Disciple Breath Weapon class ability which applies User.BreathWeap tag.(Lawful_G)
5. Same for Half Dragon Template Dragon Breath ability.(Lawful_G)
6. Added replacement for Burrowing and Flying ability that separates out the timings (for purpose of applying modifiers)(Lawful_G)
7. Added integrated Lore ability for all to add to.(Lawful_G)
