Make a Hit Point thing?

So instead of spending lots of time researching figured I would just ask Mathias or Aaron instead.

Is it possible to create a tracker thing like Hit Points? Or is the only option to use a Tracker like the action points shown in the pic?

If I have to do it in RAW XML that is fine but I be nice if I could create something that allows for inputting a number and reducing another number.

No, you wouldn't be able to create a new visual element, and the visuals that are in use are hard-coded, so you couldn't create a new pick that HL would recognize as another element to place in the same table as the existing HP pick (Pathfinder doesn't use a separate HP pick like Shadowrun does).
