I loaded each room of Jorgenfist as a seperate profile and saved each profile under the room number. When I try to bring them up in hero labs on my I-Pad it starts loading and then crashes. I can bring up other profiles that I have saved. Any thoughts?

Do you have all the supporting packs? The RotRL encounter pack can be used without supporting splatbook packs, for example, but I suspect that if you save the characters/critters out as individual .por files you would need to have the supporting packs to reopen them.

The bigger issue is how many characters/NPCs are in the portfolio file? Remember the iPad is designed to run a single PC and maybe an animal companion. So if the iPad closes down that is its way of saying TOO MUCH memory used. Most often because you have too many characters inside a single .por file.

Even trying a single creature file it crashes when trying to load it. I even tried our newest/greatest I-Pad with the same result.

Then I would make sure you send an email to support@wolflair.com asking for help. It shouldn't be doing that.
