It's a pity that the error dialogs can't say which file is having the problem... ex. Thing 'rLMKigrid' in file foo.user - Bootstrap thing 'raCtrake' does not exist.

I didn't get the notice. I actually didn't see the update the first time I went looking for it. I had to wait until the second time you mentioned it to find it. I looked in the same place both times.

That is when it does its check. So I am thinking that was why you didn't get notified about it.
