As the title says, I can still open my playtest characters, though I get the error message when trying to open any of my Starfinder characters I get the Error message, I already reported it.
Does this happen to anyone else, I got the occasional cant open character right now, but now it does not go away, even after a restart. Kinda disappointing, though I know why I save my characters as PDF, right now I consider the online version as not reliable even with decent internet. |

The only issue I have has is where the loading screen for a character gets stuck. This seems to happen just the first time I use a browser after a UI update has happened.
I just press F5 or force a refresh of the page and it loads about 10 seconds after I do that. I would recommend at this point to 100% clear your browsers cache. That has seemed to work for my players to get them past any hiccups like this. That or switch to different browser than you normally use. If use Chrome try Firefox or anything different... Posting the error message would be helpful. I personally haven't had any issues accessing characters on the Production server.
Clearing your browser cache and then restarting the browser is a good recommendation for troubleshooting. |
