So here is my issue (also submitted a ticketed but if people have a solution here it means I can work on my WotR stuff quicker)
I currently have herolab installed on one of my pc's but I am missing data packages on it. When checking my other pc it is working fine (checked both the 2 other ones). Earlier today it was working fine. Is there a way for me to make sure all the packages are back? I have reinstalled 3 times, reactiveated a few times, all to the same issue. It all started when I bought Mythic adventures and ultimate campaign. I am wondering if my licences all got screwed up and pondering if I need to have them all released and then reactivated per device. If you have any tips/tricks I missed, let me know! |

Have you selected the Source on the Configure Hero display? If those sources are not selected, the information from those sources will not be available to you.

What would the source be for the packages?
I still have my ulti combat, ulti magic but I am missing the packages where aasmiar, tiefling etc was in. So they aren't showing up anymore. It all started when I bought the mythic and the ultimate campaign modules. |

Sorry I think you need to explain a little more. Which packages are missing and what exactly do you mean by missing?
All packages are on all Hero Lab installs but it may not be licensed for use. So while everyone has "Ultimate Magic" you can't check mark it in the "Configure Your Hero" window unless its been purchased/licensed. So are you saying one of the books like "Ultimate Magic" does NOT show at all on one of your computers? Basically explain which book/package is "missing" and where do you see that it is "missing". Did you make sure they are selected?
I don't actually have those, but can see the selection. Yours should be available. See attached pic. |

Are you sure the purchase went through for these packages? It looks like you just dont have the license for it.

Okay, to clarify some more.
I have 3 licences, when starting up HL, 2 out of 3 have the packages I have bought running in HeroLab. 1 of them is missing a bunch of packages when starting up. And when checking the purchased packages on the website, they aren't showing up there. I have purchased the following packages: Ultimate campaign - Doesn't show up in my HL list (purchased it yesterday) - just reactivated my licence again, it is there now Pathfinder RPG Mythic Adventures - Doesn't show up in my HL list (purchased it yesterday) - just reactivated my licence again, it is there now Pathfinder RPG Core - Shows up in all 3 of my licences Pathfinder RPG Advanced Player's Guide - 3 out of 3 licences have this Pathfinder RPG Advanced Race Guide - 3 out of 3 licences have this Pathfinder RPG Ultimate Combat - 3 out of 3 licences have this Pathfinder Bestiary Bundle - 2 out of 3 licences have this Pathfinder RPG Ultimate Equipment - 2 out of 3 licences have this Pathfinder RPG Ultimate Magic - 2 out of 3 licences have this Pathfinder RPG Player Companion #8 - doesn't show up in my list anymore. Now, I have 3 different licenses. 2 out of 3 show all of it (but the mythic and campaign one) and 1 of them doesn't show the player companion #8 in the list. It is also missing a few of the other ones in the purchased list. Now as you can see, I am missing some packages on the 3rd licence I bought, and all my licences are missing the Mythic and Campaign bundle I purchased yesterda. Hope this makes a bit more sense. I apologize that it's currently the Labor Day holiday, which has delayed the response, but the support ticket you submitted will be the best way to resolve this, because the people reading the support tickets have access to the license server, and can look up the exact settings for each of your licenses.
