I will try to make this as clear as possible, but I'm a layman and as such don't know all the technical terms for things. Bear with me.
I'm trying to custom code a race that can use Enlarge Person 4+Con rounds per day, with an additional 2 rounds/level, at the cost of fatigue for 2 rounds per round spent Enlarged. I imagined it would work similarly to the Barbarian's Rage power, since the drawbacks are identical, and the usage is identical. However, I cannot for the life of me figure how to A) Make the checkboxes on the In-Play tab apply the Enlarge Person and Fatigue respectively, B) Make the rounds used a trackable resource like Rage is for Barbarians, and C) Make sure the rounds per day of this new ability are not impacted by temporary increases to Constitution. I can't imagine the solution can be too hard, because it is identical to Rage in nearly every way... but I can't figure out how to implement it. Any editors out there that could maybe help me out? Thanks! |

As like you said this is very similar to Rage have you looked at the scripts on the Rage class ability? Going to assume the answer is no and as this seems like its your first foray into the Editor I would advise watching the four intro videos. I would also recommend reading the Glossary of Terms.
After watching the above you will be able to do a "New Copy" of the Barbarian Rage class ability. So you will be able to use that to start as a bases. Another thing you may want to make a copy of and look at is the Enlarge Person spell adjustment.
