Armor Class Adjustments

Is there a way to make temporary (or permanent) adjustment to the touch AC? If not, is there a way this functionality could be added to the adjustments tab?

In the editor create a New(Copy) of the Armor Class adjustment in the Adjustment Tab. Then over write the Eval Script with the following:

~Pre-Levels 10,000
      ~ If we're not enabled, get out now
      doneif (field[pIsOn].value = 0)

~ Add to our TOUCH armor class only
hero.child[ArmorClass].field[tACTouch].value += field[pAdjust].value
