any plans to update the Character Traits to include products other than what is available as a free pdf on the Paizo website?

This website seems to have an updated list of all available character traits.

also, is there a plan to add content to the Feat Tab, "Add Flaw" section?

thanks as always, this product keeps getting better and better!

The flaws are available - they're from the Unearthed Arcana book. You'll find that in the SRD content section.

Sorry? What does the 3.5 book Unearthed Arcana have to do with Pathfinder Traits?

The Traits and Flaws from the SRD book Unearthed Arcana are Open Game Content, and they're included with Hero Lab.

On the configure hero form, within the Hero Settings section, find the "Prior SRD Content" heading, and the "Open Content from Unearthed Arcana" checkbox under it, and check that.
