Going to have to assume you mean the Mark of Wrath from RotRL as you didn't qualify what you where asking about and I can't yet read minds.
If so attached to this post is a zip file that contains a single file
RotRL_MarkOfWrath.user. Take the file and put it into your
\Hero Lab\data\pathfinder folder and start HL. You will then find the Mark of Wrath under the magic item section.
