Any recent updates on the progress of Content Market

The web version initially is supposed to have limited functions but is eventually supposed to be full featured.

the web interface, once fully implemented, would allow me to not have to be at home on my computer to edit a campaign or having to lug around my laptop to edit "on the go". so no I can't really edit on the go as easily as I would if it was a web interface.

Another thing my players aren't interested in buying additional software or to buy a laptop to bring to the game to utilize the player stuff but they all have phone's or tablets that do come with them to the games. the only other thing I can do is save up for a Windows based tablet to run rw on it but a web based interface would be way more ideal.

The last time there was any official discussion of the web version, The ability to edit realms was not planned as part of of the initial or any early version. Just so you're clear.

When they first pitched realm works it was completely part of their roadmap, first was a desktop client and then the web version was to be a way to view your campaign and edit it. It's right on their kickstarter page in the FAQ. These features would come in stages, first, it was only the ability to view and add comments but down the road, they would make it so you could also edit the data.
Their youtube video showing the sneak peak of the web version also indicates editing is a planned feature but not at launch.

Which is what I wrote. The last thing they said they will add is bringing the web version up to full feature parity with the desktop version.

5 more days until the astronomical end of September. Two are weekend unfortunately. :D

PS: it was said that this is their internal deadline... so... yeah.

I can't believe I started this thread June 21st of last year and we are still waiting. I too keep looking daily for some kind of update knowing they said end of Sept. and there are only 5 days left till Oct.
Will I be mad if we hear nothing by end of this month. No
Will I be mad if we don't hear anything 1st week of Oct. No

But if Oct comes and goes and again we have nothing then I will feel like all they did/do is feeding us some information to hold us over for 4-6 weeks and then the cycle repeats itself.

This weekend I'm moving to a new home and mid Oct I'm starting my new Curse of the Crimson Throne campaign. I've manually entered enough of Chapter 1 into RW to make it till end of this year. But if CM is not released by then along with CoCT data package. I'm not sure if I will manually put more into RW and just revert to old school books/pdfs.

I sure hope they make it. After the positive moves they made in the communication department earlier this month it would be a shame if they missed the very first arrival date they gave the community. I have been a big critic of LWD over the last year or so, but I am willing to give them a chance to get back on track. They have to actually deliver though.

I won't even be upset if they don't get it out by the end of this month. Disappointed, but not upset. I just want them to communicate the news either way, rather than radio silence if they don't make their internal deadline.

What I won't do is complain if they communicate that they're not going to make it, but they hope it will happen by x date.

I'd prefer if they just didn't give a date since as far as I can tell they haven't hit one yet, or at least in quite some time. Nothing is more aggravating than we'll have it September, no communication and the next announcement is we'll have it in November and they miss that as well. It's software shit happens during development, don't give a date unless you know for a fact you will hit that timeline.

See, I disagree - I want to know the expected timeline. For me it's not as much missing the date that's aggravating, it's the lack of communication as to why. I just want to know what's going on and why.

I understand that others have different aggravations, though.

I thought the time line was like November or something along the lines of "hell to pay if Paizo doesn't deliver by end of year" or something along those lines?

Unfortunately, I 100% anticipate that the issue Paizo had with there server and own website for WEEKS set them back by WEEKS.

Sadly I had to start RotRL old skool and probably won't be buying that AP now. In fact, it's probably a good thing as I probably won't buy any of the Pathfinder Core stuff in RW now that PF2 is on the horizon. I'll just start fresh with what ever PF2 content they put out...

Whew - not me. I'm old enough and broke enough I've decided PF1 is the last system (fantasy system, anyway) I'm sinking money into. So I'll buy at least a good bit of PF1 stuff that comes out for RW.

Hey all,

In case you missed this being mentioned earlier this month, that there will be a newsletter out this weekend and any Realm Work news we have will be presented therein.
