Is there a way or can there be a way to reorder, hide or shrink the icons for the gaming systems I am not using. I have a small screen and with the 14 system options currently (witch is great that you offer so many by the way), I have to scroll to move between the 3 system I have currently downloaded.

You can delete the systems you don't want from the game system folder.

Open HL, go to tools, folder options.
In that drop down you'll see the choices that allow you to view all the hero lab folders. Just delete the game data folders that are redundant for you.
