Pathfinder Data, what am I missing?

OK, so I only own two books now but I did buy HL for pathfinder.

I see a lot of PF data blocked out because I do not own the license, but to be honest, I'm not sure what I'm missing or getting if I buy them.

I use HL for my players, but if I buy the bestiary, can I use HL to level up and down my monsters, or is that not what its for?

Is there a detailed list of "this is what you get" for each additional packet? I hate to sound cheap, and I don't mean it that way, but I'm not overly fond of buying the book and then buying the data, so I'm likely to just buy the data, but I feel like I need to go to B&N and sit with the books first.

When it describes that you get the book, you get everything "crunchy" in that book: races, classes, feats, traits, skills, equipment, factions, favored class bonus, class features, archetypes, etc.

Yes. You can add classes, feats whatever all within the main program.
Some bits are limited but the functionality is there.
