Considering paizo sells the ultimate psionics on their site, doesn't that count as official rules for pathfinder?

If that is the case, can we expect an expansion for psionics anytime soon?

That is from a 3PP and not something Paizo produces. Doubtful we will ever get anytime soon Paizo psionics. Until then the community has THIS addon that gives most of PU. Its still a work in progress but gets better with each release.

The only thing I _really_ want from psionics, is the capability of utilizing a point based magic system.

I'm guessing, without installing the add-on, that it does at least this?

The current version does it sort of giving a Total Power Point tracker that you then count down manually.

The next version, if I ever get time to finish, will be closer but not exact. Without access to the full Structural files no way to fully support a point based magic system perfectly. That is just the way it is for now....
