Actually I built a GREP script to remove all images from the files as Images are one of the few ways to bring down the wrath of Paizo on us/me. As only very very few monster images are open source. So to make sure I don't get into trouble I just strip all images out totally of all the files. In this case doing so got me back 1 meg of space.

I think its just the HUGE number of .por files as many built the Encounter stuff also. So one encounter could list 15 goblins which is almost 2 megs. Multiple that over all the APs and 2 dozen Paizo Modules and you get 573megs.

As long as you're using stock portfolios already, I'd leave out those other 14 goblins unless they have different weapon loadouts - The user can add 15 of the same thing when they're pulling in the monsters from the stock portfolio. You could even name the goblin "15 goblins" to remind the user how many they should grab.

Hmmm yea but this is what I was given by others and I see the reason for it as it already had each goblin with a name starting with 1 to 15. Would sure make it easy for the next DM to just important them all into the combat board and be able to track the 15 individual goblins.

Well my only thought here is to move the .por files as separate downloads to the d20pfsrd website instead.

If you import multiples of the same stock character, HL will add a number to each of them.

This happens I can confirm, after decimating my group last night with a "off the story" side trek. Using Festrog #1, #2 and #3 in a hastily drawn lair map.

For everyone contributing to this I just wanted to remind everyone that they should see what is already in the data set before making new. I am seeing allot of duplicate work over and over again.

I don't know how many times the Ogrekin abilities need to be entered, coded, and sent in for example. I am pretty sure this is at least the 3rd time I have seen the B2 ones which where done a 1+ year ago for RotRL AP where sent in.

I just hate seeing people doing double/triple work on stuff.

Hmmm. Will need to look at each and every encounter one by one then. Yea that won't take long.
