How do you create custom skill bonus items?

I've been trying to find a way to create an amulet which grants me +10 to Bluff, but I don't see any option to do so. What am I missing?

Equipment, Wondrous Item, then make it equipable and pick neck

I'm sorry, but I don't see any tab called "Equipment", only "Weapons", "Armor", "Magic", and "Gear". Can you please elaborate?

You should be using The Hero Labs Editor.

What kind of bonus, name and cost do you want for the item?

To be clear you have to use the HL editor to make custom wondrous magic items.

I would recommend reading the Glossary of Terms for the Editor. Then check out FAQ#2 for all the places to learn about the editor including YouTube videos. Welcome to the wonderful world of using the HL editor which will be the most frustrating and rewarding thing you can do with Hero Lab.

Name would be "Amulet of Bluff", +10 to Bluff and 10,000 gp.

It wasn't clear that I had to enter the editor. The other equipment seems to be directly creatable. At least I haven't seen any other exception there at least yet.
