Can anyone assist? Hero lab seems to no longer be recognizing my "pathfinder_development" folder that I use to develop custom content. The folder still exists, it's just not being recognized by Hero Lab.
Thanks. |

You must have deleted some required files. Go to your C:\ProgramData\Hero Lab\download and run the pathfinder.hl file again and have it install to your pathfinder_development folder. That should fix any issues with the core files.

More fallout --
The data files could not be loaded due to errors. Hero Lab will now attempt to load them in recovery mode. Once loaded, you can access the editor as normal to correct any errors. The following errors occurred: File: DDS_SpheresOfPower_HB_War.user (line 1421) - Thing 'sopCompTC' (dynamic tag) - Tag 'SoPSolWvr' not defined I reloaded all my SoP files manually into my development area -- still getting this error. |

Are you sure your SoP files are up to date in your development folder? That SoPSolWvr tag comes from a tag group that was added a few months back.
One thing that often bites me during development is forgetting to change the install path to my dev folder when I'm loading a .hl file, maybe that's why something is behind in your case? |

I'm pretty sure they are up to date. None of them are being flagged as out of date on the download list.

Spheres of Power Version 1.32 - Released 01/25/2018
It looks like at least one of your files is out of date. Current RPG's: Pathfinder (GM), Pathfinder (Player), Gamma World (GM, Pathfinder homebrew). HeroLab: 3.5 & Pathfinder. HL User Files for PF: Greyhawk Setting, Gamma World (WIP). DM and player of D&D since 1980. |

Hmm.. Odd my base Sphere's Of Power is v1.32 -- but dated 22-DEC. I'll re-download and see what happens. But the "date of newest file" is showing Jan 22. So at least it is looking like there might be a change.

Quintain, I would check the actual version numbers on your SoP packages next, against this list. You might have to expand the name column in the update list, but the package name will tell you what version(s) you have. Update anything that's out of date. If the problem persists, I'd recommend following the steps outlined in this post. |
