I am thinking the issue is you have Rappan Athuk and recently purchased the official ToH through HL. If so you need to do THIS fix to solve that problem. Then everything should load again.

Hey guys,
I uninstalled everything, did all the updates, and it works mostly : I still have some errors when loading the portfolio from open design spell less ranger (see below), but the rest is more or less normal now. many thanks Errors were encountered when loading the saved portfolio! A record of these errors can be found in the file "C:\Users\michel\AppData\Local\Temp\hero_lab_load_ issues.log". If you notice incorrect behaviors in your portfolio, please report it to the data file authors (you can contact them from the Help menu). Spellless Ranger is a part of the CB I think, not the FGG stuff. But that error is pretty easy to fix. You just need to open the file, hit ok for the error, and "Dirty up the .por" (Full list of definitions can be found here), and then re-save it. That should get rid of that for you.

The data files could not be loaded due to errors. Hero Lab will now attempt to load them in recovery mode. Once loaded, you can access the editor as normal to correct any errors.
The following errors occurred: Syntax error in 'eval' script for Thing 'tmFGFelLyc' (Eval Script '#1') on line 10 -> Group 'FelLycan' not defined I followed the instructions to try to grab the FGG Pathfinder 1.1 file, (and changed .org to .com so it shows), but still have the security certificate issue, and when i bypass it, it says its a corrupted file. Anyone know a quick way to fix this? I have a new computer and have to reset Hero Lab on it and cannot access any of my files till i can fix this. |

From memory FGG use to have a free download of stuff known as "CORE" that had the base software that other packages built on. In example to use Razor Coast you needed to install the CORE FGG package and then you could load Razor Coast.
They have redone there site and all the old links are dead. I myself have tried multiple ways to get in contact with FGG and all I have heard back is silence. There bugging reporting links go to MY website but none of the FGG support staff have logged in over a 1+ years. So bug reports to http://fggsupport.shadowsoftware.net/ are going nowhere... Shrug I have no idea how to fix or even who to contact about issues anymore. Update: So for any future readers I found a working URL for the FGG Core package. You can't currently download it from inside of HL anymore. But if you click on THIS link you can download the file in your browser and save to your desktop. Then simply double click on it to kick off the process. I have sent information on how to change the updates.xml and URLs to FGG that I think will fix the problem.
