I've recently started toying around with the Editor function, creating new races and classes for Hero Lab. I made some for other members in my play group, but when we try to copy the file which holds the custom content, they are unable to access or even interact with it. How can I load my custom player content onto another person's hero lab?

Make sure you've put your user files into the pathfinder program data folder, then check if your group is configuring their heroes to use your custom content.

This can be done at the start when you create a new 1st level hero or from the tools configure hero menu.

Also the 4th question in the FAQ should help find where the .user files are located for different versions of windows.
