Currently the combination of Armor Master (Rank 2) (Ignore penalties from Medium Armor) and Mithral Full Plate armor is not granting the appropriate bonuses. Mithral Armor should be treated as 1 Armor Class lower (ie Heavy -> Medium -> Light).

I suspect as well that this might be a matter of interpretation, as whilst mithral is treated as one category lighter "for purposes of movement and other limitations," there are certain things that this does not affect, such as what proficiency you need.

I'm not sure off-hand what armor master is from, so can't check the wording of that, but it might well be that they don't combine like that.

It's from Mythic Adventures.

For whatever it's worth, the consensus on Paizo's boards seems to be that mithral would change which level of Armor Master you need for a particular set of armor (i.e., you'd need Armor Master twice, covering medium armor, to ignore the restrictions of mithral full plate). Of course, that's not exactly Official™.

Yes, sorry, I was out of Town, but the way I've read it from Mythic Adventures was the same as coyote6 conveyed. I'll post it in the other thread.
