Adding found weapons (noob)

My nephew's wizard found a masterwork crossbow and some magic bolts in an adventure and I'm having trouble finding a way to add these items.

On the "Weapon" tab is a section called "New Magic, Custom or Masterwork weapon" and you want to click on it:

Then in the new window select the first weapon called "- Custom / magic weapon -" and on the new window setup your master work cross bow. Then do the same process again to setup the new magic bolts.

Note for the bolts you will need to purchase 50 of them. After you get them you simply click on the "X" next to the 50 bolts to sell the number of them you don't need:

In this example I am selling 40 of them so that I have 10 left. Make sure you sell them for 0%.
