You have a skill that does not have itself linked to a Attribute. So I "assume" you have created a custom skill and never said which attribute is associated to that skill. With HL's last update it does not like that actually.
Open the editor and then the .user file and associate the skill to a specific attribute. Nope, the only skills I have that are not part of the core system are ones from the community data files.
