Okay, I'm clearly doing something wrong. Everytime I update I lose one of my three versions of Hero Lab back to demo version. (Desktop, Laptop, iPad).
I thought I was allowed 3 licenses on the set up. If I'm getting something wrong.. where do I look to get the proper licenses so I don't have to keep getting a reset to get access to all my installs? |

HERE is a bunch of good info about Licenses. But you only get "two" licenses with initial purchase of HL. Each after (up to 5) is 10 bucks.
The most important thing to know about licenses is that EACH device needs its own unique license code. It would appear you have multiple devices using the same key. As far as I know you only get your primary license and a secondary license with your main purchase. Then you can buy up to 3 more licenses for 10 dollars apiece. If they haven't change it. So if you hadn't bought a 3rd license, I would say you are using 1 of your licenses twice. Hope that helps.
