FCB are Picks not tags. Meaning you will need a way to get the ALL FCB from HL to be live picks on the hero.

Either you bootstrap manually every FCB to this feat. Or you would need to build a custom Tab that had a chooser table allowing a gamer to manually add. In other words learn the authoring kit.

This is why even LW does not support this type of feat/features from Paizo. Hence Mathias post just a day ago in THIS thread.

Yeah I was afraid it wasn't going to be easy to do to match the RAW. I appreciate what you have done and that will work for now along with a manual input, probably using the editor, I can get what I need. Time consuming but since this is really rare I do not think it needs to go any further.
