I figure to help with more testing I have fixed the error above about darkvision and an issue with Natural Attacks. Attached to this post is a new file that you will need to place into your HeroLab\data\Pathfinder folder or where you installed the adjustment addon. Let it overwrite the file in the folder.

You can also find the correct location by starting HL and doing "Tools->Explore Folders->Game System Data Folder". Then drop the file into the folder that is displayed and let it overwrite the file found.

Any other issues found feel free to let me know. I plan to wait until this is pounded on a little more and we have more animals inputted before actually putting out a new release.

Thank you. This adjustment is really helpful for one of my players since he does a lot of beast shape.

No problem. This was built from alientude's original design. I just made it so that its much easier to add new animals currently.

Once this is all working I will move on to plant, vermin and elemental shape.

I have downloaded this file and added it to the right Pathfinder folder. However, the option for Wild Shape is not available when I go to Configure Hero. what am I doing wrong? Thanks gang.

Enable shadowchemosh adjustments in configure hero.

On your character portfolio add a spell adjustment Beast Shape.
Pick an animal.

Et voilà new form!

Thanks for the response. My wife has been playing a Druid and has largely ignored her Wild Shape ability due to not fully understanding the power. Once I got this working and showed her what she could do if she turned into a Grizzly Bear, Eagle or even a rat, she is begging for the next gaming session to try it out.

I agree the rules for Polymorph are not new player friendly at all. On the good side software like HL can so make this better and easier to use.

Just wanted to say thanks again to alientude for the initial design of this. Also to Bodrin and stargazer_dragon for spending the time to add more creatures.

I want to get the "breath weapon" mechanics added as they are currently missing for BS4. Then I will merge in all these new animals and put out a new release. I think it should make Beast Shape allot easier and nicer to use for everyone.

I just downloaded this and got it installed, but for Beast Shape III it's only showing 4 creatures for me to chose from.

I have all 4 Bestiary's loaded and enabled.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

JD
