I just made an Oracle. I geared him up, did all of his stats. The character sheet shows no errors or anything, but all of my scores from gear, etc. are not be calculated up. Any idea why?

Your going to have to give way more info than that. Specially what "scores" are not adding up. What do you expect to see and what do actually see. What class, archetype, race, feats, traits, magic items, spells did you select....
Give a detailed question and we are happy to help but its really hard with vague questions to give answers.

Did you make sure to actually equip the gear instead of just buying it?

All equipment is equipped. The character is a Samsaran Planar Oracle. Level four, to be more specific.
Mithril shirt is not adding the bonuses to AC it should. There are other instances as well. That's just the one that I noticed first. |

Check your encumbrance level. If you're medium encumbered then you'll only get a max of +3 AC from your Dex, plus many of your skills will appear lower than you expect.
