If you have purchased the APG for Hero Lab make sure it is checked in the Character Options section. Then create a first level character. Select the level of your class as normal. On that same tab near the bottom is a choice to select your alternate class option under Archtypes.

The option shall be taken at level 0 or level 1. This is why a didn't found that option... I selected only valid item... Do I have to recreate my character?

Even though the archetypes are greyed out you can still select them and click Add without recreating your character. Shhhh!

Yep. A really nice feature of HL is that it may give validation errors for stuff, but that does not mean it does not work. For example I could add the Dodge feat to my character without having a 13 dex and it will work just fine.
I will get a validation error, but it does not stop the Thing from working. This way if you have a game where Dodge was houseruled to not have to have a 13 dex it can be accomplished in HL without having to do any editing. So why your getting a warning that archetypes are to be taken at level 1 you don't have to rebuild. Just apply the archetype and everything will be fine. Its only letting you know by the RAW rules how it should work, but if you and group decide different HL does not stop you. Eratas, if you can't see the option after level 1 because you selected the "Only Valid Items" filter, go to any other list of options (I usually go to feats) and choose "Everything." That should give you back the complete list with grayed and non-grayed options.

Maybe in previous versions what Blzbob says works, but I can't get it to anymore.
The situation is that you have a druid past level 1 that you are trying to apply an archetype to. You at one point selected "Only Valid Items" in the Archetype list. So start a new blank character and add one level of barbarian. Then click on Archetype and change the list to "Everything". Then re-load your druid and you will be able to finally select your druid archetype. My opinion would be don't change the Archetype list ever to "Only Valid Items".
