Does the spiritualist's phantom have too many hit points?

For Pathfinder Society, I made a human spiritualist with the favored class bonus That gives my phantom 1 extra hit point. The phantom also has 13 con. In hero lab, the phantom is listed as having 12 hit points, but shouldn't this phantom only have 7 hit points? 5 from average, 1 from con, 1 from favored class bonus. When I leveled up the character the phantom had 26 hit points which really seems like too much. I didn't give the phantom toughness and I choose the Hatred emotion if that matters. Am I missing something about the class I don't know? or is this a bug?
