I was just doing up a character and noticed some of the numbers didn't add up. Char (half elf) has a 18 dex (+4 modified) but AC (leather Armor), CMD are only seeing + 3.
It's been a while and was looking to create something for a upcoming game I may get into. |

Check your weight at a medium load you get +3 max dex to AC.

never mind i figured it out, was encumbrance modifier
