In Hero Lab for Pathfinder, I would like to record expenses for services, i.e. lodging, meals, retraining, etc. Other than creating a custom gear item for the cost of said service and then deleting it for 0%, is there a way to track such miscellaneous expenses?
Thanks! Robert |

I do them as Journal Entries (for upgrading Armor and Weapons also) without EXP and put in negitive gold amounts.
I am not sure if there is a way to do it in the gear/magical item/weapon/armor sections. |

Yeah. Whatever you type in gets added to your XP or currency. So a negative value added will remove. So a -10gp will remove 10 gold from your character.

Debits and credits. Debits and credits. Like others, I'd recommend journal entries and report income and expenses like you would when reconciling your real world checkbook or bank account.
