Ok was able to cut it out. So the .user file has the Dragonborn race, 4 new feats for that race, and 2 new traits for that race. Hope it helps.

Hi. i wanted to create a goliath so i downloaded this file, but i can't import it into hero lab. I'm on a Mac so Im not sure if that is causing the issue or not. the file is showing up as unreadable
