That's strange. I don't remember anything in Complete Scoundrel that would cause WS to need to be overridden...

The feat which allows Swashbuckler levels to count towards Fighter level feat pre-reqs?

Ahh that could be. The issue then is that the overridden feat should not be marked to the Complete Scoundrel source.
Could have happened during the initial conversion I did as if the feat was in the Complete Scoundrel .user file I would have set it to that source. Will need to at least not source mark it and really should be moved out to a CORE replace file so we know not to do that again.
